Returns & Exchanges

At ARJ Los Angeles, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
