Curry Kenjin Spoon (Left Handed)

YAMAZAKI KENJIN

The Yamazaki Kenjin (賢人) Curry Spoon collection is a masterclass in functional Japanese design, specifically engineered in Tsubame-Sanjo to optimize the "curry-to-rice" ratio. The series features three distinct models: the "Carry" which utilizes a precisely calculated "Golden Ratio" bowl to scoop the perfect balance of sauce and rice; and the asymmetrical "Saku" (right-handed) and "Hidary" (left-handed) spoons, which feature a flat edge designed to slice through large vegetables and scrape every last drop of roux from the plate. Crafted from premium 18-8 stainless steel with a high-mirror finish, these spoons eliminate the struggle of splashing or uneven mouthfuls, offering a refined, ergonomic experience that has made them a cult favorite among professional chefs and curry enthusiasts alike.

Made in Tsubame, Nigata, Japan
