Mino Ware 美濃焼

The Shironeri High Plate features a wide, flat surface enclosed by tall, straight walls that give it the contained quality of a shallow bowl. Shironeri (白練), meaning Refined White, is a warm, clean ivory with a softly luminous matte surface. From Minoso's Air collection, it is the most neutral of the colorways and pairs with any cuisine without competing with the food. The raised wall makes it well suited for sauced courses or small shared dishes. Available in 8" and 10" diameter.
