The Shironeri Hat Plate is defined by a raised dome at the center of the plate, creating a sculptural focal point for a composed element and a surrounding well for sauce or garnish. Shironeri (白練), meaning Refined White, is a warm clean ivory matte that is the most versatile of the Minoso colorways, neutral enough to work with any cuisine or setting. From Minoso's Air collection, it lets the distinctive geometry of the Hat Plate take full visual focus. Available in 8" and 9" diameter.
