The Geppaku Hat Plate is defined by a raised dome at the center of the plate, creating a sculptural focal point for a composed element and a surrounding well for sauce or garnish. Geppaku (月白), meaning Moonlight White, is a cool grey-blue matte glaze with a calm, atmospheric quality. From Minoso's Air collection, the colorway brings a quiet, refined presence to a shape that is already visually arresting from above. Available in 8" and 9" diameter.
